Setting up cast in France means moving people across many sites. Our coordinators take on the fine logistics that keep performers on call without long hours of standby. We book TGV seats out of Gare de Lyon and Gare Montparnasse, hold hotels near each unit base, and run daily ground transport with drivers who know the Parisian arrondissements and their filming permits. We also plan the early-call wardrobe and makeup chains, so principal cast reach first shot ready.

Global talent adds a second layer of work. We file Schengen visas, send work-permit notices to the DIRECCTE, brief actors on French set manners, and add language support when cast travel in from outside the EU. Our team liaises daily with French talent agents in Paris and the regional casting offices in Lyon and Toulouse, pays per diems in line with URSSAF rules, and runs a twenty-four-hour duty line through principal photography. That way a flight delay or a wardrobe crisis never turns into a missed call time.
