SCENE 01 / MULTI CAMERA SETUPS

Multi-Camera Setups

Professional live event coverage and multi-camera production across France.

Scroll

Multi-camera setups deploy two or more cameras simultaneously to capture comprehensive coverage of scenes, events, or performances. This approach maximizes shooting efficiency, preserves performance continuity, and provides editors with multiple angles and shot sizes from each take.

We coordinate multi-camera configurations with matched camera bodies, synchronized settings, and integrated monitoring systems. Our team ensures all cameras are technically aligned and properly positioned, giving your director comprehensive coverage and your editor the flexibility to craft compelling sequences.

Synchronised multi-camera coverage across France

Here is how this works in practice. From sold-out nights at Accor Arena and the Zénith de Paris to corporate keynotes at the Palais des Congrès, festival sets across the Cannes Croisette, and the broadcast pits at Roland-Garros, our multi-camera packages scale from three-camera intimate sets to twelve-plus rigs with jibs, Steadicams, RF roving units, and POV mounts. We match Sony HDC, Grass Valley LDX, and Sony Venice cinema chains to the venue's signal chain, then run everything through Grass Valley Karrera or Sony XVS switchers with full intercom, redundant ISO recording, and broadcast-grade fiber back to the OB van.

Here is the short of it. French live production runs on tight cues and tighter unions. Our directors and vision mixers know the rhythm — pre-light at the Olympia, rehearsal in Lyon's Halle Tony Garnier, full programme through Mediaserver-fed IMAG to the audience screens, then a clean PGM plus eight ISO feeds delivered to your edit team that night. We set up satellite uplinks, YouTube and Twitch CDN ingest, and SCAM/SACEM rights handling so concerts, conferences, and live theatre across Paris, Marseille, and Bordeaux ship to broadcast and streaming without the seams showing.

FAQ

Live Production Expertise

How many cameras can you deploy?

We regularly operate setups from 3 to 12+ cameras depending on event scale. For major concerts and broadcasts, we can deploy extensive camera packages including specialty positions like jibs, roving cameras, and POV units.

Do you provide live switching and direction?

Yes, our multi-camera packages include experienced vision mixers and directors who switch between cameras in real-time, creating a polished live edit. We can deliver a switched program feed, ISO recordings, or both.

Can you live stream our event?

Yes, we provide complete live streaming services including encoding, CDN delivery, and platform management for YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, or custom platforms. We can also provide satellite uplink for broadcast.

What about IMAG for live audiences?

We provide IMAG (Image Magnification) services for concerts and events, feeding live camera coverage to venue screens so audiences can see close-ups of performers and speakers.

Do you have OB van facilities?

We work with professional OB (Outside Broadcast) vans equipped with switching desks, monitoring, audio mixing, and all necessary infrastructure for professional multi-camera production.

How far in advance should we book?

For major events, we recommend booking 4-6 weeks ahead to ensure equipment availability and proper planning. Smaller multi-camera shoots can often be arranged with 1-2 weeks notice.

Productions in France that need this often pair it with Live Streaming, Virtual Reality Filming, and Volumetric Capture for full coverage. Most projects also draw on Competition & Reality Show Production and Multi-Camera Shoots.
